The Celler de l’Aspic is found in the same building as the cooperativa. The restaurant has been totally remodelled to give the space and volume good food and wine require.
The site is high and mixes the modern and the traditional. On entering one sees a showcase of the good wines we have on offer the main dining room is large and airy with a glass cabinet in which the best wines on offer are kept. From our window, in front one can enjoy a good view of Falset and its people there is also a special room for sampling food, wine tasting, private dinners, etc.
